Eternal Abyss

Hello everyone, Emil Lowell here with HuskyHeartMedia's Eternal Abyss. This game was started on the 6th October 2011. This has been our main focus and we hope to have it released by spring/summer of 2012. The small team is working to the max to complete this game, and we will do it.


Prologue
The maker, a being whom created the whole world. The sea, the skies, the land. The abyss is where the maker rests now... and was forever to remain. It is said that when the maker is reawakened, mayhem and darkness will spread across the lands. In order to protect this world from the maker's rebirth, four orbs were created and place in areas of each continent. The protectors of these orbs are known as the Dark Knights. Lou, Greo and Kain. They stand as the protectors of the world. Protectors of the abyss. Protectors, of the Abyss Guardian.

Main Storyline
Eterna, a wonderful world, peaceful and calm, or so everyone thought. Everyone believed that the Dark Knights were meant to protect the four orbs. Turns out, that the Dark Knights want the orbs to open the Abyss, realm of the maker. Only the Abyss Guardian can stop them... but who is the Abyss Guardian?

Emil lives in the small town of Castrum, here he lives with his friend Jake, the prince of Castrum. Lately, Emil has been having dreams about him being a hero, these never ending dreams. One day, Emil was going to find out if Jake was back in Castrum, turns out that he isn't but news about him emerges. Marge, the queen's royal guard found out that Jake was spotted in the continent of Tonnyca. Emil is excited to hear about this and the queen sends Emil with Marge to go find Jake and make sure that he is OK.

Emil and Marge start their travels by heading through Odeo Caverns where Emil learns how to fight monsters for real rather than him playing games with Jake. Emil is shocked to find out how different real fights are compared to how fights with Jake were. As they travel through the caverns, they eventually reach Sunn, where Emil and Marge learn about a legendary sword once held by the Abyss Guardian. After that, they head towards the Guild to hire a boat to travel across the see to Tonnyca. But it turns out the last boat was taken by Phoenix. Phoenix was kind enough to offer to take Emil and Marge to Beaside where Phoenix is reunited with Blaire but events begin to unfold when the team encounters Greo, one of the Dark Knights.

Protagonists


Emil
Age: 18
Bio: Emil lives in Castrum Town on his own. He is a welcomed guest at the castle and to the queen, he is like a prince. Emil and Prince Jake are best friends. When Jake is out traveling, Emil is left alone. Emil is a lovely boy even if he is a jerk to some people. No matter what happens, he will travel across the land for Jake.


Marge
Age: 32
Bio: Marge is a royal knight to the queen of Castrum. She is the queen's most trusted warrior. She hates Emil when she is traveling with him and is happy when she leaves the team.


Phoenix
Age: 28
Bio: Phoenix is a tough guy on the outside, but he is sensitive on the inside. He is known for drinking a lot and being left behind when his wife - Blaire - takes lead of everything. Overall, Phoenix is a great warrior and is very strong.


Blaire
Age: 27
Bio: Blaire is a mage who thinks of herself as a leader. She often jokes about everything but when she is serious, she must get her own way. She is great friends with the king in Beaside. Her husband Phoenix seems to cause her problems when she is doing work.


Kain
Age: 31
Bio: Kain is one of the three Dark Knights. He is different from the others two as he is friendly towards people and isn't evil. He protects the orbs and makes sure that the Abyss Guardian complete's his task.


Rose
Age: 24
Bio: Rose is a elf who is meant to run the Jolvalley farm but is always away practicing her magic and archery skills. She is one of the few elves to live in Eterna but she doesn't care. She is a very friendly girl and protects everyone when in trouble.


Basil
Age: 52
Bio: Basil is a wise man, with shockingly good ninja reflexes. Ever since the age of 11 he has been training in the art of thievery and still at the age of 52 is agile and energetic. He is friendly towards everyone even if he has a rough voice.


Leela
Age: 32
Bio: Leela is a wonderful woman, she cares deeply about nature and the world. When she learns of the events happening in the world, she takes responsibilty to fix it, even if the others don't want her to. She uses healing arts to help everyone out in battle.


Jake
Age: 18
Bio: Jake is the prince of Castrum, he is a smart boy, but he is very sensitive. He is best friends with Emil and during his long trip, he can't help but worry about Emil. When they finally meet up completely by accident, Jake is shocked to see how much Emil has matured and how strong he has become.

Antagonists


Greo
Age: 47
Bio: Greo is the first Dark Knight the party encounters. Straight away, Greo orders his guards to kill the party. Instantly, the team knows that he is not the Dark Knight from legend, but rather a new evil Dark Knight.


Lou
Age: 39
Bio: Lou is different from the other Dark Knights as he is more of a mage. He uses a lot of dark magic that is meant to have been sealed away along with the maker. But, he still managed to learn the skills.
